Srushti Deshmukh began to prepare for the UPSC entry in her 3rd year of her engineering degree. In her final year of engineering, Deshmukh wondered if she'd enjoy working in engineering. Then she realized that her ideal job would be working in the civil service. She began to concentrate on this. Parents encouraged her to prepare for civil service and to make an impact in the community. Her motivation was to be an IAS officer and was committed on that goal. The work required to be successful at UPSC. When she was studying engineering courses, she also used to practice for the various areas of the UPSC. The time she allocated for examination preparation each day. She got ready for engineering tests in only one and a half months, and stayed away from social media and social media platforms altogether. She believes that focusing is crucial to pass the government examination and be an official in the civil service. She set out to make it through the exam quickly, so she put in lots of effort.
